Diane Ginsburg completed her B.S. in Pharmacy at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy, M.S. at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy, and a two-year ASHP accredited residency in hospital pharmacy administration at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, TX. She received her Ph.D. in higher education administration and leadership at the University of Texas at Austin. She is currently Clinical Professor in the Pharmacy Practice Division, Associate Dean for Healthcare Partnerships, and G.D. Searle Endowed Fellow in Pharmacy at the UT Austin College of Pharmacy. She is an adjunct instructor in the DEA’s Teaching Academy. She has been active with ASHP serving as President and a 3-year term on the Board of Directors. She was inducted as Fellow in ASHP in 1998. She is a Past President of the Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
