Dr. Lindsey Elmore is a board-certified pharmacist, Institute for Functional Medicine trained clinician, speaker, author, entrepreneur, yoga teacher and world-renowned wellness expert. She earned a bachelor’s in chemistry from the University of Alabama Birmingham and a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of California San Francisco. She completed a PGY-1 in Pharmacy Practice at Princeton Baptist Medical Center, and a PGY-2 in Ambulatory Care at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Dr. Elmore worked as an academic pharmacist and founding Residency Program Director at Samford University. She was a visiting scholar at the University of Zambia School of Medicine and Director of Global Education at a multi-billion-dollar supplement company. She is an author and podcast host.
