REGISTRATION FAQS


Q. How do I register?

A. The Developments in Pharmacy Law XXXV Seminar registration information can be found at HERE. Full seminar registration includes all sessions, Thursday and Friday evening receptions, continental breakfast (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), lunch (Friday and Saturday). All other meals are on your own, and a great opportunity to get out and see Phoenix.


Q. What time zone is the conference in?

A. The times listed in the schedule are in the Mountain Standard Time Zone.


Q. I’ve already registered but need to make changes to my registration. How can I make my changes?

A. Changes to registration may be made by contacting the American Society for Pharmacy law via email at info@aspl.org. 


Q. How do I cancel my registration?

A. Cancellations must be received in writing. You can email administration@aspl.org. Please call 217-529-6948 if you do not receive a confirmation reply to your email request. Your cancellation is null and void unless you receive confirmation of cancellation from the ASPL office.

Refund of registration (less a $50 administrative fee) will be granted for cancellations received in writing on or before October 15, 2024. Refund of registration (less a $150 administrative fee) will be granted for cancellations received in writing after October 15, 2024 but on or before October 31, 2024. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows or cancellations received after October 31, 2024 regardless of cause.

Q. Does the seminar offer Continuing Education Credits?

A. YES!  You will be able to claim up to 15 hours of ACPE and CLE credits.  Visit the CE page for more information by clicking HERE.

All credits must be claimed within 10 days of the seminar.


ONSITE FAQS

Q. How do I access the Developments in Pharmacy Law XXXV Seminar website?

A. All registered attendees will receive an event code in their registration confirmation email.  The event code will allow access to create an account on the website to start building your schedule.  Presentation slides will be available on the website and mobile app one week prior to the event.  To create your account, log in HERE.


Q. What Internet browser should I use to access the website and mobile app?

A. Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox is the preferred internet browser.

The platform does not recommend accessing the conference while on your VPN. You may need to reach out to your IT administrator to bypass the firewall. 


Q. Can I use my computer or my mobile device to connect? 

You can use either your computer or your mobile device to connect to the Developments in Pharmacy Law XXXV Seminar.  Registered attendees will receive an email once the Mobile app is live (closer to the seminar).

Q. Is the mobile app really that important for this meeting?

Yes, it’s an essential onsite tool! Besides a simple pocket guide for the event, it’s the only comprehensive and up-to-date listing of events happening at Developments in Pharmacy Law Seminar.

In the app you can:
Your login credentials are emailed to the email you registered with. If you don't receive the email, just click “Forgot Password?” on the website or app login screen to retrieve it.

Q. What should I wear?

A. Attendees usually wear business casual. Presenters generally wear professional business attire. Remember, meeting rooms in hotels and can be chilly, so dressing in layers is encouraged. The air conditioning is usually on high in anticipation of full meeting rooms.

Q. Do I need to wear my badge to attend sessions or other events?

A. Yes. For safety and security, you must wear your badge when attending all sessions and events.  This includes guest registrants and presenters.  You will be able to pick up your badge at the seminar registration desk once you arrive for the conference.
